As many of you have probably already noticed from the new look of the Optima HELPdesk, we have been busy modernizing and updating our support services. All support files have been moved over to the Optima Cloud Storage system.
We have split off the files from the general HELPdesk on purpose. This allows us to continue to answer support questions as expected. Yet most of the enterprise customers/carriers we work with asked us to restrict access to in depth guides and firmware files to a qualified and approved group of technical personnel.
You will therefore need your own Optima Cloud Storage account to access the materials we provide.

Either log in, or if you do not have an account yet, use “REGISTER” on the log-in page to create a new one.
The registration process will send a verification message to the e-mail address you entered. Please make sure to respond to the verification e-mail as outlined. Our admins will only be able to enable your account after it has passed this verification stage.
